Personal 1 on 1 Training

With one on one training you can move at a pace you are comfortable with and ask only the questions you want. You don't have to sit in a class and wait for everyone to catch up with what you have learned, or you don't have to feel lost the whole time and get nothing out of the class.

Classes are billed at $70 an hour.

Remote File Backup

In the event of a disaster or fire, will your data be safe? Even if you put your backup in a fire safe, your tape will still be destroyed. Unfortunately tapes, CD's, or any kind of plastic is not designed to survive in a fire safe.

WITH REMOTE BACKUP

You can send your important data over the internet to a secure folder on our server.

I will setup a icon on your desktop for you. All you have to do is double click and your done. Our program will then send your data to our server via FTP and store it in a secure folder only you can get too. If you should ever need your data, you can just download it back to your computer, or call/email us and we will send it to you.

$50.00 Service Rate-----Any service performed on a Computer in our office.

$70.00 In town Rate----Service provided onsite in the city limits of Brookings

$80.00 In town Network Rate----Service provided to computers in a Network

$100.00 out of town Network Rate----Service provided to computers in a Network out of town

$70.00 Consulting Fee----Service provided to Customer for information given which will provide a solution to the PC issue

Mileage is charged at 60 cents a mile.

Room and Per Diem are charged to the customer at cost.
